Begin with 2 things in your life where you’d like to make exchanges.
For example, in the beginning of my health journey, I learned of foods that cause inflammation in the body, so I exchanged milk to organic milk and eventually eliminated dairy from my diet.
The next thing on my list was finding pure Skin Care and Makeup products. Early on in my health journey, I learned that we are affected by what we put IN our body and what we put ON our body. I not only began reading labels on my foods but also on my personal care products as well. This discovery led me to Arbonne. It was Arbonne that opened my eyes to my health and wellness journey. I am so grateful for these simple steps I took to a healthier version of myself.
